Job summary

Entrusted is seeking an entry-level Customer Care Specialist to be the first contact for homeowners dealing with water, fire, or mold damage. This in-person, part-time role (20-30 hours/week) is based in Jupiter, FL and involves gathering information, setting expectations, and quickly connecting clients with the right Damage Consultant.

You will answer calls with warmth, route inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while supporting the team and brand.

Responsibilities

• Communicate warmly with customers, answering calls promptly.

• Schedule the appropriate Damage Consultant based on location, availability, and lineup, resolving any scheduling conflicts that arise.

• Keep accurate records of pending items and follow up consistently.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support the team and brand.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Entrusted is hiring an entry-level, Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out about water, fire, or mold damage. You'll set the tone for their entire experience with us, gathering the right information, setting clear expectations, and getting them scheduled with the right Damage Consultant quickly. This role keeps leads moving and helps turn first-time callers into long-term customers.
