Job summary

Entrusted is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Damage Consultant) to respond to warm leads across the greater Houston area, including Spring, Tomball, Pearland, Missouri City, Katy, and Cypress. The role offers a base between $50,000 and $60,000 plus commission, with OTE around $100,000.

The position is full-time and field-based in the Greater Houston Area. You’ll meet homeowners who need our services for water, fire, and mold damage, building trust and offering actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and integrity.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry preferred
