Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and active Texas registration in good standing (Required).
• Experience with inventory and fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license (Required).

Responsibilities

• Process NDC changes for Production and Dosis.
• Receive and place daily inventory orders.
• Work with Excel spreadsheets daily.
• Communicate effectively by phone, Teams, and email.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Process credits, returns, and vendor returns.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Rotate stock and monitor for expired medications.
• Collaborate with other departments to support daily operations.
• Assist with Production duties as needed.
• Maintain records and filing systems.
• Lift and move boxes as needed.

M Chest Pharmacy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician II (Inventory) to join our growing closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy in Sulphur Springs, Texas. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy inventory management, problem-solving, and collaborating with multiple departments to help ensure medications are available when needed.

Join a closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy dedicated to supporting the medication needs of patients and healthcare facilities throughout Texas.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay & Growth Opportunities

Starting pay range: $18.10 - $19.02 per hour, based on experience.

Additional earning potential through competency-based pay differentials within 90 days based on demonstrated performance and competency, as well as additional pay opportunities for IV-certified Pharmacy Technicians.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Active and verifiable Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing (Required)
• Experience working with inventory
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective active listening and communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in basic computer functions
