Customer Success Representative – $20/hr | Part-Time | 17-Week Assignment (Remote, PST Hours)
Are you the type of person who thrives on making someone’s day—and has the personality to turn first-time customers into loyal fans? We’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative to jump into a fast-moving, irreverent, and community-driven brand environment. You’ll be the voice behind the inbox—resolving issues, answering questions, and representing the brand with style, humor, and heart.
This is not your typical customer service role. We talk like real humans, solve real problems, and keep things light without sacrificing professionalism. If you’re ready to be the face (well, voice) of a bold, high-energy brand—this one’s for you.
