Join Hitachi Energy as a Customer Success Rep in Bland, VA where you'll play a pivotal role in managing post-order processes for our diverse client base, including Utilities, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and Commercial & Industrial sectors. You'll lead efforts from order acceptance through shipment, warranty, and after-market services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. How You'll Make an Impact
Process new orders and drive the "clean order" initiative.
Collaborate with engineering to meet customer expectations with quality and timely drawing packages.
Manage change orders and foster positive relationships with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production Planning.
Support revenue maximization by reducing units on shipping hold and managing customer orders.
Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices.
Implement lean manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement.
Communicate shipping schedules and resolve potential delays.
Participate in daily meetings and escalate issues for resolution.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience.
Work authorization to permit employment with Hitachi Energy in the USA without future sponsorship.
Onsite presence required in Bland, VA.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is beneficial.
Knowledge of general accounting principles.
Strong organizational skills and basic understanding of project management.
Aptitude for technical specifications and problem-solving skills.
