Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Manager to act as the liaison between customers and Select. You will maintain the customer relationship by understanding and communicating needs to management, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure resources and services meet those needs.

The role involves traveling up to 50% and requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a focus on ethical conduct and customer satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• 10 years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a customer-facing role with relationship management and account development.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with customers to understand their needs.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Corporate Account Rep to discuss needs and implementation.
• Provide market intelligence and trends to management and share information.
• Ensure personnel and equipment needs are communicated and available as needs change.
• Maintain records of sales and prospecting activities, including calls and presentations.
