Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer phone sales calls and emails from Customer Relations.
• Answer product questions.
• Receive and prioritize incoming orders or communications from web, mail, fax and email.
• Analyze customer needs and provide product and program information.
• Research accounts and set up new ones as needed.
