Ironwear is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as the direct link between our customers, Sales Team, and internal personnel. The role includes a limited sales capacity, maintaining customer relationships, providing top-tier service, and helping customers make informed product decisions.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, process orders for the Processing Department, support product knowledge, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years related experience.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with first-class service.
Evaluate and write up incoming orders for Processing Department.
Assist customers with product inquiries on inventory, pricing, orders, backorders, and returns.
Develop product knowledge to address questions.
Offer alternative or additional products to boost sales.
Provide customer outreach to relay pending issues.
Coordinate with processing team and Account Managers on orders, pricing, shipping, backorders.
Process paperwork for orders, RMAs, and backorders.
Maintain accurate customer data in ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems.
