Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in inside sales, customer service and/or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level attention to detail in a data-entry environment.

Responsibilities

• Create solid customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Receive calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
• Provide timely, accurate information about products, orders, inventory, shipping, and production.
