Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, provide product information, and ensure satisfaction. You will work with outside Sales, production, and shipping to maintain a high level of service and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in inside sales or customer service in manufacturing.
• Proficient with SAP or similar systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build solid customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email with speed and professionalism.
• Enter orders accurately into SAP and track order status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics and other departments.
• Provide data for reporting and help identify trends in customer satisfaction.
