Job summary

PPC Flex Company is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to deliver best-in-class service to Sales and a portfolio of assigned customers. You will manage customer orders through the pipeline to support growth of existing accounts and liaise with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 2+ years in a Customer Service role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer sales orders and verify pricing, mins, and lead times.
• Provide accurate, timely sales order details for order processing.
• Communicate open order status daily and notify customers of date changes.
• Create shipping releases to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle expedited shipments with management approval.
• Process returns and credits and provide timely feedback to customers.
• Maintain and update customer contacts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
