Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Systems Engineer I to join our team and help optimize the performance of distribution, logistics, and warehouse systems across our facilities. You will apply engineering concepts to analyze operations, develop models, and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve service levels.

You will conduct time studies, build reports, create KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Plant Leadership, Facilities, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Logistics Engineering, or related field
• Experience with engineering analysis and optimization methods is preferred
• AutoCAD and simulation/modeling knowledge beneficial

Responsibilities

• Conducts time studies and various analyses to support logistics optimization
• Develops metrics and KPIs for logistics and distribution
• Leads cross-functional improvement projects and develops business tools
• Creates reports and runs ad hoc queries to support decision making
• Develops cost estimates, forecasts and cost models for capital projects
• Supports distribution, logistics, and warehouse process improvements across plants
