Apto is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience for its client base. This remote role involves driving customer engagement and satisfaction, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to provide support and drive product adoption. Ideal candidates will have a mix of customer success experience, strong communication skills, and a dedication to fostering customer relationships.

About the Role
The Customer Success Manager role is responsible for providing a premier customer experience for our existing client base throughout the customer journey , including adoption , expansion, advocacy, and retention . The Customer Success Managerwill work closely with their sales counterpart, Technical Support, and the Professional Service team to ensure that their clients are supported and informed .
This is a remote position for candidates living in Texas.
