JOB SUMMARY
Fountain Forward Client Success Managers act as communication and problem-solving liaisons between clients and our team. You represent Fountain Forward’s values, culture, and marketing expertise to clients. Your responsibilities include handling daily client interactions, managing projects, maintaining client retention, reviewing progress, offering recommendations, and resolving issues. We aim to be more than a vendor — we are trusted partners in marketing and business growth. You should excel at listening, qualifying client needs, and guiding them effectively, even if that means saying “no”.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage 20-25 clients, serving as the main contact for communication and project oversight.
- Meet with clients monthly to discuss marketing needs and build relationships through expectation setting and guidance.
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding, launches, check-ins, and offboarding.
- Oversee daily implementation of marketing strategies and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain ongoing contact during all marketing phases, ensuring client needs are met and expectations managed.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine marketing strategies.
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reports on key performance indicators and projects.
- Resolve discrepancies between client expectations and deliverables.
- Address complaints and issues to ensure client satisfaction and protect our reputation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create campaigns aligned with client briefs and budgets, briefing creative teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Background in roles such as Internet Administrator, CRM Administrator, Internet Sales Manager, BDC Manager, or Director, with experience in marketing, web administration, CRM, lead management, or inventory management.
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing/digital advertising and client management, with a desire to learn more.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on quality control.

Salary Range: $84,000 - $120,000 annually.
