HelpfulRemote is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States to be the primary contact for larger firms, guiding onboarding, training, and implementation to ensure quick value realization.

You will manage an existing account pipeline, run training sessions, create educational content, and work to grow revenue within accounts while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role at an early-stage SaaS startup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and train new customers to ensure quick value realization.
• Manage a pipeline of existing accounts and check in regularly.
