Juicebox is seeking a front-line manager to lead a CS team responsible for expansions and renewals across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will manage a team of CSMs who act as consultants, account managers, and AI workflow experts, and you will be directly involved in deals and strategy with the VP of CS.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with revenue ownership experience.
• Proven track record leading teams that exceed GRR/NRR/expansion targets.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop your team: run deal reviews, listen to calls, and deliver actionable feedback.
• Own team performance: drive GRR, NRR, and expansion through forecasting and pipeline
• Be a player-coach: jump into renewals and expansions, navigate pricing and negotiations.
• Build the playbook: improve renewal, expansion, QBR, success planning, and forecasting processes.
• Partner cross-functionally: work with Sales, Product, and leadership to improve customer experience and GTM strategy.
