Job summary

Litera, a leader in legal tech, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Hybrid work in Holmdel, NJ or Chicago, IL. You’ll guide law firms through onboarding, shape success plans, and drive product adoption to maximize renewal and growth.

You’ll translate usage data into proactive actions, uncover new opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to inform strategy. This role offers growth and exposure to global teams.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves: passion for customer success, strong presentation, oral and written communication skills, ability to listen and empathize, adaptable in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and shape success plans that align to partnership goals.
• Turn usage data into proactive actions, surfacing and mitigating risk before renewal.
• Uncover opportunities to deepen customers' use of Litera and solve business problems.
• Serve as customer voice internally, keeping stakeholders aligned and success plans current.
• Lead onboarding milestones and business review presentations.
• Strengthen the account team's impact through cross-functional collaboration.
