Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Own the customer happiness and retention
  • Customer relationship management - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and nurturing relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Orchestrating customer journey towards desired business outcomes:
  • Leverage subject matter expertise in the product and industry to guide customers toward successful product adoption
  • Monitor customer health and usage, and proactively address challenges to ensure customers maximize the value of the product.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Orchestration
  • Act as the quarterback of the customer experience, orchestrating internal teams (e.g., Support, Product, Sales) to align efforts and deliver a seamless experience.
Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 3-5 years experience in the cybersecurity industry with emphasis on medical device security programs
  • Strong networking knowledge (understanding protocols behavior and ability to analyze network traffic from capture)
  • Experience working within the healthcare sector/in healthcare environments - Advantage
  • Project Management experience and skills
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, presentation, social, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel (20%)

Expected compensation for the role is between $125,000- $150,000 + commission. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
