We are currently seeking a Client Executive - Healthcare (Great Lakes Region) - REMOTE to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota (US-MN), United States (US).

This role is remote from your home office within the Great Lakes region and involves supporting clients in this area with travel to client sites as needed.

The Client Executive is responsible for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of assigned accounts. This includes defining and executing growth strategies, revenue forecasting, achieving financial targets, ensuring service excellence, and managing overall client relationships, often overseeing a team delivering complex solutions. The role requires a global industry focus, understanding diverse solutions and applications, and interfacing with executives at multiple levels.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  1. Build, manage, and measure a full-cycle, geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV over ~$15M, promoting an entrepreneurial environment to increase market share and brand recognition.
  2. Be an industry expert in Healthcare, understanding key business drivers such as revenue, margins, costs, and trends.
  3. Excel at client management by growing relationships, implementing change, and leveraging technology for competitive advantage.
  4. Understand competitors, their clients, and strategies to displace them.
  5. Navigate large, complex organizations at the C-level.
  6. Manage a P&L of ~$15M with strong financial management, forecasting, and growth strategies.
  7. Create deals aligned with client business objectives, from structuring to closing.
  8. Develop regional account plans and increase awareness of NTT DATA Services.
  9. Build collaborative relationships to create new solutions and offerings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a full-cycle, dispersed sales organization with annual TCV over $15M.
  • At least 5 years in the Healthcare industry, understanding business drivers.
  • At least 5 years selling NTT Data-type solutions and IT services to Healthcare clients.
  • At least 5 years in client management, with proven ability to grow relationships and leverage technology.
  • 5 years of experience selling IT services into Healthcare vertical.
