About The Opportunity

We seek an experienced customer success professional to join our team, working Eastern Time Zone hours. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will oversee all business communications with customers using PlanetTogether products and services, focusing on increasing user adoption, contract renewals, and account value. Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing growth and expansion of existing accounts (up-sales, cross-sales, renewals, etc.).
  2. Becoming comfortable with demoing all PlanetTogether products at a basic level.
  3. Supporting pre-sales, sales, and training activities (e.g., product demos, sales calls).
  4. Meeting all account KPIs and quotas.
  5. Serving as the first contact for account escalations.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to track and improve customer health scores.
  7. Creating and managing customer-facing templates and documentation.
  8. Delivering weekly reports to the Executive Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, experienced, and eager to expand accounts for a growing software company. Success requires managing multiple requests with grace, urgency, and critical thinking. The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success and demands balancing multiple projects, aiming for excellence daily. Candidates should be critical thinkers, problem solvers, and positive team players.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning.
  • 2+ years managing strategic relationships and accounts.
  • Ability and motivation to perform complex product demos.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive, relationship-driven.
  • Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Conversational skills in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, French (France), or German are a plus.
