Archer, collaborating with Conveo.ai, is seeking a Customer Success professional to own long-term outcomes for researchers, marketers, and product leaders at global enterprises. In this role you will shape pilots, influence renewals, drive expansion, and represent the customer inside the company.

You will partner across research, product, and GTM to ensure customers extract measurable value from Conveo's AI-powered solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Two to seven years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Market Research, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear writing, and influencing decisions.
• High energy, strong ownership, bias toward action in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable translating technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Own customer outcomes end-to-end from signed deal to onboarding and early wins.
• Be the trusted partner, advising clients to maximize value from Conveo.
• Design high-quality pilots and rollouts to demonstrate measurable value.
• Represent the customer and scale successful practices across the organization.
