Job description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be managing the post-sales customer relationship and experience. Here's what you'll be doing:

  1. Strategize and iterate with founders and GTM team to come up with best practices on making our customers happy.
  2. Manage all customer channels and provide updates and support.
  3. Build materials and workflows to help customers maximize value.
  4. Coordinate with Account Executives on potential upsells.
  5. Help transfer product feedback from customer interactions to product and engineering teams.
  6. Brainstorm and execute on creative ways to enter and attract key accounts in new and existing markets.

This role is for you if:

  • You’re a clear communicator.
  • You’re incredibly organized and have high attention to detail.
  • You deeply care about the customer experience.

This role is not for you if:

  • Early-Stage: You’re not interested in early-stage startups.
  • NYC: You don’t live in NYC or want to move to NYC.
  • Office: You don’t want to work in person, 5 days a week.

Experience in customer-facing roles with ideally 1+ years in customer success or account management.

Salary: $90k - $120k

Equity: 0.10%-0.20%

Location: In person in New York City, NY.

Full-time position.

About Crustdata:

The way information on the internet is consumed is changing. It's shifting from humans searching pre-crawled information on Google via point and click to AI agents doing real-time targeted crawling from sources of truth. The interface, the workflow, and the density of retrieved data and its fidelity, which worked for humans, doesn't work for AI agents.

At Crustdata, we are building the gateway to the internet for AI agents. Essentially we are building Google search as an API where the data isn’t fetched from the pre-crawled index but rather crawled from the sources of truth, on-demand and real-time.

We started small, focusing on Sales and Marketing AI agents. Now we are expanding to more sources and additional markets.

We've grown to a team of 15 (mostly engineers) across offices in NYC and SF.

We have a decade plus experience building our own separate VC-backed data products. We have spent an inordinate amount of time on the problem which has allowed us to have a unique insight and experience that is tough to replicate.
