We’re growing quickly and looking for an outcomes-driven, high-energy and client-obsessed Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own client onboarding, retention, and growth.

We’re growing quickly and looking for an outcomes-driven, high-energy and client-obsessed Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own client onboarding, retention, and growth.

What You’ll Do

As a CSM at Waldo, you’ll own the full post-sale process with our agency and brand clients. You'll ensure every customer derives value from Waldo by ensuring goal alignment with product capabilities, surfacing the full power of our platform and ultimately guiding accounts towards renewal and expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive customer success by aligning with client goals and long-term value
  • Own onboarding and integration for new accounts
  • Promote adoption and consistent usage of Waldo’s research platform by helping teams embed it into their daily workflow
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with strategists, planners, and creatives through quarterly business reviews and proactive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Identify and execute on growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Proactively monitor account health, satisfaction, and usage metrics
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to support customer goals
  • Represent the customer internally—sharing feedback with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams and work collaboratively with those stakeholders to drive client success
  • Own executive business reviews and drive renewal and expansion outcomes
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years experience in customer success, account management, strategy consulting, or sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and results-driven—you manage details without losing the big picture
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting goals, hitting deadlines, and delivering meaningful outcomes
  • Curious, quick learner with a growth mindset
  • High emotional intelligence and strong client intuition
  • Confident working with advertising, brand, or agency stakeholders
  • Bonus: familiarity with research, strategy, or SaaS platforms
