Job description

SiteZeus is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our growing support team! Our ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and dependable. They enjoy engaging with people, have strong team skills, and are an innovative problem-solver with a love of learning.

SiteZeus provides end-to-end solutions to drive revenue growth, empowering multi-unit and service-based brands with advanced analytics and on-demand insights. Since 2013, we have helped brands with site selection and portfolio optimization via our platform, SiteZeus Locate. In 2022, we launched SiteZeus Market, and in 2023, we introduced SiteZeus Sell and Build, completing our lifecycle software suite.

Our four products enable organizations to drive franchise sales, plan markets, support development, enhance marketing, and streamline operations.

Expected Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer Support & Relationship Management: Provide exceptional support via in person, phone, chat, and email; manage helpdesk issues; monitor customer progress; serve as account executive for major clients; assist with internal projects.
  • Product Engagement & Growth: Identify opportunities for product expansion; conduct virtual client training; assist in building custom platforms; perform user administration.
  • Data & Reporting: Create ad hoc reports on sales, performance, demographics, and mobile data.
  • Internal Collaboration: Support the Customer team with projects; onboard junior team members.

Note: Duties may expand based on company needs.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in customer success, technology, and SaaS products.
  • Experience in real estate or site selection is a plus.
  • Understanding of business and technology.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • Data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Familiarity with mapping products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner, motivated, team-oriented, adaptable.

This is a remote (work from home) position.
