Help the People Building the Future Get the Most From Their Tools
Our customers design rockets, aircraft, defense systems, and next-generation energy. Their engineers depend on the software we deliver and support.
Buying the software is the easy part. Getting a team fully up and running, keeping licenses right, and solving problems before they slow a program down is where the real work happens.
That is the job.
About Applied CAx
Applied CAx is a Siemens Digital Industries Software Platinum Partner and a three-time Siemens Partner of the Year. We bring together design, simulation, PLM, and manufacturing software with engineering services, for customers in aerospace, defense, and advanced energy.
Customers stay with us because we show up after the sale.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the customer experience for a set of accounts after they buy. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption, keep an eye on account health, manage escalations, and make sure every renewal is ready well before it is due.
You will work closely with our Account Managers, License Support, Renewals, and Services teams, and with Siemens technical support when needed.
Experience with Siemens software like NX, Simcenter, or Teamcenter, hands-on CAD or PLM experience, and a background in aerospace, defense, or energy.
Your work matters to real programs. When you solve a problem, an engineering team gets back to building.
You will have backup. Our engineers, Solution Architects, and licensing specialists are right there with you.
You will help shape the playbook. We are building our customer success practice now, and your ideas will be part of it.
We run as one team. Sales, services, and operations work from one plan and one set of numbers.
Competitive salary and benefits.
