Customer Success Manager - Remote

Position Overview

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving success? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our regional team and help our partners not just succeed—but LOVE working with us. You’ll own a book of business, collaborate with Account Executives, and deliver strategic value through proactive engagement, data-driven insights, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage named accounts with over $30K in ARR, developing tailored success plans and forecasting risks.
  • Lead online and in-person consulting sessions, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer usage trends and deliver actionable insights to drive retention and growth.
  • Execute drip marketing campaigns, client demos, and analytics consulting.
  • Deliver annual business reviews and create customized reports using Salesforce and Partner Scorecard Gainsight.
  • Recommend scalable and targeted solutions, including free and fee-based resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and time tracking in Salesforce.com and Gainsight.
  • Travel as needed to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Identify appropriate whitespace opportunities and collaborate with sales to close.

What You Bring (Factors For Success)

  • 2–4 years of direct account management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and present insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Intermediate project management skills and a knack for strategic thinking.
  • Willingness to travel and a personal credit card for business expenses.
