What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive continuous value for a portfolio of accounts across all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with stakeholders to enhance customer relationships
- Onboard strategic customers and maximize their value from the product
- Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to ensure effective product usage
- Develop strategic account plans that align with customers' business goals and needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales product activation with enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of driving customer success and aligning complex solutions
- Highly organized with the ability to update documentation and new processes
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer success tools like ChurnZero or GainSight
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Understanding of technical cyber security compliance and certification activities (e.g., NIST, PCI, ISO27001)
- Experience in project management and navigating large enterprise relationships
- Basic knowledge of APIs and cyber security best practices
