    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales product activation with enterprise organizations
    - Proven track record of driving customer success and aligning solutions at various organizational levels
    - Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes and update existing documentation
    - High proficiency in English, both written and spoken

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - Experience with customer success tools like ChurnZero or GainSight
    - Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
    - Understanding of cyber risk management frameworks and compliance activities
    - Experience in project management and navigating large enterprise relationships
    - Basic knowledge of APIs and cyber security best practices
