What You Will Do
Responsibilities
  • Establish proactive and strategic relationships with customers to understand, document, and align client strategies and business outcomes.
  • Deliver an engagement and communication strategy that focuses on meeting customer outcomes and creates client advocates that evangelize Trimble Transportation and drive new opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health and churn risk; ensure appropriate stakeholders address gaps internally to mitigate low health and/or at-risk customers.
  • Manage the customer experience, collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients’ progress toward their goals.
  • Respond to customer contact via phone, email, and internal communication tools.
  • Travel on demand (up to 15%).
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years’ experience in customer success or related fields with direct accountability for retention and expansion.
  • Strong consultative, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, managing competing priorities.
  • Experience working with Executive and C-Level Teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce.
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
  • Industry recognized Customer Success certification.
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, Totango, etc.).
  • Understanding of transportation industry best practices.
  • Project management experience.
  • Data modeling and predictive analytics experience.

Compensation

Target salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, based on skills. We also offer bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plans.
