Moody's is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive value for insurance clients by delivering tailored solutions from Moody's risk analytics suite. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and Moody's capabilities to achieve client goals and maximize value.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or equivalent experience, preferably with a SaaS or data-driven product company.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, including underwriting, risk assessment, portfolio management, catastrophe risk, claims, regulatory compliance, or actuarial functions.
  • Familiarity with property intelligence, geospatial analytics, and insurance risk solutions, including CAPE Analytics or similar products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Proven track record onboarding and driving high client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong presentation, project management, and organizational skills under pressure.
  • Proven success driving technology adoption, usage, and client engagement.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts, curiosity about AI tools, and awareness of responsible AI practices.

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, including underwriting, risk assessment, portfolio management, catastrophe risk, claims, regulatory compliance, or actuarial functions.
  • Familiarity with property intelligence, geospatial analytics, and insurance risk solutions, including CAPE Analytics, catastrophe modeling platforms, or similar insurance data and analytics products preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to executive-level audiences as well as users across both business and technical disciplines
  • Proven track record of onboarding, supporting, and driving high client satisfaction, advocacy, and long-term loyalty
  • Strong presentation, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Proven success driving technology adoption, usage, and client engagement
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build strong client relationships
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and drive successful client outcomes
  • Identify and influence measures to protect client revenues within the segment in close partnership with the sales team
  • Identify expansion opportunities by developing a deep understanding of client business operations and applying Moody's solutions to deliver measurable value
  • Represent Moody's at external events, client engagements, and industry conferences
  • 25% travel required
About The Team

The Customer Success Management team supports strategic customer engagement and ensures organizations gain maximum value from Moody's Insurance solutions. The team plays a critical role in strengthening long-term partnerships, guiding clients through product adoption, and helping them drive informed decision-making. By joining this team, you will contribute to impactful work supporting insurers and other risk-focused organizations, while leveraging advanced technologies and responsible AI-driven tools to enhance client success.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $98,800.00 - $143,350.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
