Job summary

Compass is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for our customers in our Brentwood, CA office. You will manage ongoing relationships, train users on Compass tools, and support marketing and onboarding activities to help agents grow their businesses.

You will collaborate across teams to resolve issues, mentor coordinators, and contribute to national initiatives while supporting office openings and expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or virtual training and enterprise technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass tools with 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Partner with Onboarding on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activity.
• Collaborate with teams to raise agent questions and feedback and mentor staff.
