Job summary

Pasilobus is seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern currently enrolled in a degree program to support our customer success efforts and onboarding of Shopify app users and project clients. You will engage with customers, gather feedback, and help maintain strong relationships across ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Active student enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Located near Seattle, WA is a plus for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

Engage with new app users after they download our Shopify apps, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize their experience with our products and services.
Support follow-up with potential project clients by guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing questions.
Collect and track customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to report insights and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
