Pasilobus is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to support Shopify apps and services from Seattle, with remote work flexibility. You’ll be the main contact for clients, helping onboard, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with 1–2 years in customer service or account support, comfortable with outbound calls, and organized. This role offers growth opportunities in a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking directly with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Located near Seattle, WA is a plus for occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and professional experience.
• Proactively engage with customers via email, phone, and video to answer questions, provide updates, and identify opportunities to support them better.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and fulfillment) to ensure client requests are handled accurately and on time.
• Help new clients get onboarded and feel confident in our process from day one.
• Maintain organized records of communication, tasks, and client needs using internal tools (CRM, project trackers).
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and internal systems.
