Streamlight, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and the sales organization. You will deliver exceptional service, support sales growth initiatives, and ensure smooth order processing.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, recommend product solutions, and contribute to departmental sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer requirements and recommend products, solutions, and services that best meet customer needs.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, specifications, and applications to drive customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Establish, maintain, and update customer accounts and records with a high level of accuracy.
• Utilize company systems and software to perform data entry, order management, and customer account maintenance.
• Support revenue growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and promoting current sales programs and product offerings.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing, shipping, product availability, and other service-related matters.
• Collaborate effectively with outside sales representatives, distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Participate in sales training, product training, team meetings, and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
