Job summary

Streamlight Inc.. seeks a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to act as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and the sales organization.

You will support sales growth, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer needs, recommend product solutions, and contribute to achieving sales and satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 2–4 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM/ERP or order management systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers, distributors, and sales team to support sales growth.
• Educate customers on product features and applications.
• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with accuracy.
• Perform data entry, order management, and account maintenance in company systems.
• Identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities and promote current programs.
• Resolve order, pricing, shipping, and product availability issues.
• Collaborate with outside sales, distributors, and internal departments.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused approach; adhere to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
