Job summary

Capital Resin Corporation (CRC) is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Administrator in Columbus, OH to support financial and administrative operations. You will interact with customers, coordinate with business operations, and ensure accurate invoicing and order processing.

The role reports to the Accounting Manager and requires strong Microsoft Office skills, clear communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business is a bonus.
• Experience in a similar customer service or inside sales role preferred.
• Accounts payable/receivable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, administrative and clerical support to ensure accurate operations.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and coordinate with production and shipping.
• Record sales invoices and process returns and credits.
• Stay informed on plant operations and assist with non-standard information requests.
