Responsibilities

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure accurate operations.
• Serve as Customer Service/Inside Sales liaison to customers and internal teams.
• Process invoices, credits, and returns accurately and timely.
• Communicate order status and pricing with production/shipping to satisfy customer needs.
• Participate in production meetings and assist with non-standard information requests from customers.
