Translate technical details for non-technical customers, reporting to the Customer Success Engineering leader with US Core Hours. The role emphasizes demonstrations, proactive technical audits, enabling partners, and close collaboration with the CSM team to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical curiosity and passion for delivering technology solutions.
• Able to complete Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
• Knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in a UCaaS or CCaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product features and integrations from the Dialpad App Marketplace.
• Deliver proactive technical audits of customers' Dialpad platforms and recommend improvements.
• Assist enablement partners with product education programs to raise technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with the CSM team throughout the Customer Experience.
