Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a UCaaS or CCaaS environment.
• Able to run demos and provide technical advice to customers.
• Knowledge of the company’s products and services and ability to explain to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Demos of product and features, including App Marketplace integrations.
• Deliver proactive technical audits of customers’ platforms, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Assist enablement partners with product education programs.
• Partner with the CSM team throughout the Customer Experience.
