Job summary

Onebrief delivers AI-powered collaboration and workflow software for military planning. The Solutions Engineer will own technical design, deployment readiness, and secure production handoffs, working with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Cybersecurity to validate infrastructure and configurations.

You'll engage with planners and network owners to tailor Onebrief capabilities to real-world workflows, translating requirements into scalable deployments and secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years in solutions engineering, infrastructure or deployment engineering with go-to-market and operations teams.
• Experience with DoW security/compliance requirements (RMF, STIGs, ICD 503).
• Strong expertise with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-prem virtualization (RHEL).
• Solid networking knowledge and security best practices for sensitive environments.
• Strong presence with customers and clear writing.
• Calm under pressure and forward-focused.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery with Sales and Engineering to map workflows and constraints.
• Lead deployment engineering, including infrastructure validation and system readiness.
• Support accreditation with security documentation and artifacts.
• Align technical stakeholders on requirements and contract deliverables.
• Scope integrations for APIs and data pipelines and dashboards.
• Deliver tailored demos and validate deployment architecture and security posture.
• Run pilot deployments in new environments for growth opportunities.
• Turn field experiences into reusable patterns for Product and Engineering.
