$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Customer Success Engineer / Developer Relations – Global Remote

What You’ll Do

• Own and improve API docs and onboarding

• Create examples, guides, and tutorials (JS/Python preferred)

• Support users with debugging, script writing, and best practices

• Be the voice of the customer - escalate and prioritize issues to the product team

• Share automation tips, especially around scraping, AI agents, and CAPTCHAs

• You write clean code and clear content

• You’ve used Puppeteer, Playwright, or CDP

• You’re curious about AI use cases and web automation

• Just 2 hours overlap with PST mornings, 4 days/week

• Links to your portfolio/blog/content
