Job summary

Zonos is hiring a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted partner for our customers in Saint George, Utah. You’ll own the relationship end to end—answering questions across phone, email, and chat, and digging into technical issues until they’re resolved.

The role sits at the intersection of people skills and technical depth. You’ll become a power user of our products, help customers realize value, and turn success into advocacy through reviews, case studies, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or related role in SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues.
• Background in logistics, ecommerce, or cross-border trade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted consultant to help customers get the most out of Zonos products.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, chat.
• Create customer advocacy by delivering and demonstrating value.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and own resolution through to closure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to share feedback and improve the product.
• Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
