About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Success Engineer to join our team onsite in Plano, TX. This role involves working directly with enterprise clients to ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of our Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, technical success, and long-term value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise on Palo Alto Networks NGFW technologies to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate and implement robust security solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisory and customer advocate, influencing product adoption and road-maps.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions that meet customers’ security objectives.
  • Partner with account teams to execute high-touch delivery strategies, technical account plans, and success frameworks.
  • Handle technical escalations and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional services.
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-grade network hardware including routers, switches, servers, and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments is preferred.
  • Certifications (any of the following preferred): PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer escalations, account engagement, and light project management.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, upholding values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity.

Required Skills
