About the Role

We're looking for an Field IT Engineer to join us on our mission to build AI superpowers for developers.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues our customers encounter with our product
• Able to communicate technology in a simple manner
• Writing tests and automation are a plus
• Turning feedback into feature requests from our customers
• 2-3 years of IT related experiences, knowledge of Kubernetes is required for this role.

• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Codeium, Copilot, ChatGPT
• A self-starter. Hunger to dream up, plan, and execute tasks independently.

• Ability to learn and become an expert quickly
• Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of requests
