Job summary

Findhelp is hiring a customer success leader to directly guide our growing team of Customer and Community Success Managers. You will oversee client implementations, drive adoption, and act as the Executive Sponsor for select accounts, shaping renewals and expansions.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop staff, collaborate across departments, and help scale a high-impact, mission-driven organization serving healthcare and social care partners.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in advanced Customer Success roles.
• Experience leading mission-driven teams.
• Excellent communication at all levels, including executives.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Desire to help others succeed and grow.
• Experience with SaaS applications and social determinants of health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a team of Customer and Community Success members.
• Oversee client implementations and drive adoption over time.
• Manage client relationships and executive reviews.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen the success org.
• Fulfill Executive Sponsor duties including renewals, expansion, and escalations.
• Develop team skills and career growth.
• Support operations like renewal pipelines and hiring.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships.
