Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, modifications, credits, and special requests accurately.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, deliveries, and order status.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM/order systems and provide delivery updates.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, AR, and QA to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
