Job summary

Windmill City Custom Goods, Thousand Palms, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success team member who enjoys design-driven problem solving and coordinating orders. The role emphasizes reading orders, creating quotes, and liaising with production partners.

You will support scheduling, reporting, and data organization in an in-office setting. The position runs 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using G Suite or office; spreadsheets are a must.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and facilitate orders via phone and email.
• Read Work Orders, P.O.’s, and client emails to establish design requirements.
• Analyze client needs and create quotes and in-house work orders for printing, embroidery, and external partners.
• Manage office tasks, such as organizing data, generating reports and presentations, assisting with scheduling, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
• Manage and delegate tasks to the Remote Assistant and Customer Success Agents.
• Coordinate with Pre-Production, Production Manager, Dark Room Tech, Embroidery Department and Shipping & Receiving department.
• Report to Operations Manager & ownership.
