As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our enterprise customers successfully integrate and utilize SkyFi’s geospatial data and analytics solutions to meet their specific goals. You will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to onboard new customers and nurture their long-term relationship with SkyFi, including enabling successful platform use, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology and customer service and who has 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through the SkyFi platform and ensuring their long-term success with our geospatial data and analytics products.
Collaborate with our sales team to uphold and improve processes to ensure both parties thoroughly understand customer needs and opportunities.
Provide robust and customized onboarding to new customers, helping them understand how to maximize their use of our tools, features, and product capabilities.
Thoroughly understand SkyFi business operations, including image processing, billing, customer support, and the SkyFi platform to provide timely and creative solutions.
Continuously search for opportunities for growth within a customer relationship and maintain strong communication with the dedicated sales team member to capitalize on these opportunities.
Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
Proactively monitor customer accounts and orders to anticipate needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and engineering) to improve the customer experience based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Manage customer communications via email, chat, and phone to ensure responsiveness and alignment with customer expectations.
Assist in creating educational resources, including tutorials, webinars, and knowledge-base articles.
A natural passion to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success, support, or a related customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with SaaS platforms or technology products is a plus, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Hubspot, Stripe, and Zendesk.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with geospatial data, analytics, or Earth Observation technology is a plus but not required.
