Role Overview: As an Associate Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will manage enterprise-level client relationships, understand their needs, and contribute to their success using Foley's products and services. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship, aiming to develop your skills in strategic account management.

Location: This is a REMOTE position. Residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, & WI is preferred.

Compensation: Starting base of $50,000 plus a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand Foley's products/services and their impact on clients
  • Manage a book of business and build client relationships
  • Manage enterprise accounts, ensuring client needs are met
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with departments to meet client demands
  • Conduct impact reviews and ROI analysis
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Resolve client issues promptly
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance policies
Qualifications:
  • Interest in strategic account management in an enterprise setting
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with decision-makers
  • Basic knowledge of program management, negotiation, and presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to build multi-level relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
