Remote Customer Success Associate - $60k-$80k (FinTech)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client education meetings and personalized sessions for mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing the software effectively
- Develop and refine content tailored for specific customer personas
- Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to provide necessary support
- Provide assistance and support as needed without managing a dedicated book of business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Skills in onboarding and training
- Ability to create documentation for users
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus, though not required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in customer success roles within the FinTech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
